If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in the original condition and packaging.

Your EU right of withdrawal

As an EU customer you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day window comes on top of that right.

Personalized items

Engraved items are made to your specification, so they can't be returned once production has started. The exception: if an engraved item arrives faulty, damaged or with an engraving error we made, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

How to start a return

Email support@furmonogram.com with your order number. We'll send you the instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Model withdrawal form

To exercise your right of withdrawal you may use the form below, though a plain email works just as well:

(*) Delete as appropriate.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. In that case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
