Terms of Service

1. Overview. This website is operated by Furmonogram ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage with our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here (Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Products and pricing. We take care to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change prices, products, or availability at any time without notice. Product images are illustrative; natural leather varies slightly in grain and colour.

4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred); if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and delivery. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds. Your return and cancellation rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and the exemption for personalized (engraved) items, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Personalization. For engraved items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text you submit. Because these items are made to your specification, they cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where they are faulty.

9. Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Furmonogram name and brand — is our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe our or others' rights.

11. Disclaimer and liability. The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
