Refund policy

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition and packaging.

EU right of withdrawal: As an EU customer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day return window is offered in addition to this legal right.

Personalized and engraved items: because these items are made to your specification, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. This does not affect your rights when an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect (including an engraving error made by us) — in that case contact us and we will replace the item or refund you in full.

To start a return, email support@furmonogram.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 14 days.
