This Privacy Policy describes how Furmonogram ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit our website, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services"). Our store is hosted by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details, including your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and email address.
- Order and payment information, including the products you purchase, payment method and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Personalization details you submit for engraved items, such as the text to be engraved.

- Device and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device information, and how you navigate the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your personal information
