How long will my order take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and most arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Where do you ship?

Across the European Union. Shipping is free on every order.

What is the collar made of?

Genuine cowhide. It starts firm, softens after a week or two of walks, and then it lasts.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure snugly around the base of your dog's neck. S is 29–36 cm, M is 36–43 cm, L is 43–50 cm. Between sizes? Take the bigger one.

What's the AirTag slot?

A holder for an Apple AirTag, built into the collar itself, so there's no bulky attachment dangling under your dog's chin. The AirTag itself is sold separately by Apple; we don't sell AirTags, the collar just fits one perfectly. Don't have one yet? You can order an AirTag at bol.com (affiliate link: bol pays us a small commission if you order through it, at no extra cost to you). Note that an AirTag needs an iPhone to set up.

How does the engraving work?

Type your pet's name and your phone number in the Engraving field on the product page. We engrave the tag before it ships, and the engraving is free.

What's your returns policy?

30-day returns on unused items. Engraved items can't be returned unless faulty, since they're made for your pet specifically. Details on the Returns & Refunds page.
