How long will my order take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and most arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Where do you ship?

Across the European Union. Shipping is free on every order.

What is the collar made of?

Full-grain cowhide, the top grade of leather. It softens and darkens with age. Cheap leather cracks; this doesn't.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure snugly around the base of your dog's neck. S is 29–36 cm, M is 36–43 cm, L is 43–50 cm. Between sizes? Take the bigger one.

What's the AirTag slot?

A holder for an Apple AirTag, built into the collar itself — no bulky attachment dangling under your dog's chin. The AirTag itself is sold separately by Apple; we don't sell AirTags, the collar just fits one perfectly.

How does the engraving work?

Type your pet's name and your phone number at checkout. We engrave the tag before it ships — the engraving is free.

What's your returns policy?

30-day returns on unused items. Engraved items can't be returned unless faulty, since they're made for your pet specifically. Details on the Returns & Refunds page.
